Pancakes with flour from the Gitstappermolen
The flour for the pancakes is freshly ground on the millstones of the Gitstappermolen. This gives the pancakes their own flavour and connects the menu with the local area. The kitchen works with fresh ingredients from Limburg.
From breakfast to pancakes
De Huifkarhoeve is open daily for breakfast, lunch and pancakes. From 12.00 to 19.00, one menu is available for the whole day. So you can sit down for a relaxed lunch, a warm pancake or something tasty in between.

Since 1991, De Huifkarhoeve has been a place where young and old gather around the table. The menu offers plenty of choice, with pancakes in different flavours as well as salads, soup and Limburg vlaai. That way, everyone can find something to suit the moment.
